Why Choose Us?
30+ Years of Professional Service
Oscar received his initial formal locksmith training from the Foley Belsaw Institute in the early 1980s. For over 30 years he has continued to develop his craft with
on-the-trade experience. His dedication and expertise has earned him the respect of his peers and repeat business from numerous loyal clients. The knowledge and skill that Oscar brings comes from decades of experience that cannot be replicated in a classroom setting, nor in a franchise training course.
In addition to his comprehensive knowledge, Oscar has spent the last three decades curating an extensive collection of professional-grade tools and resource material, ensuring your job is done correctly and with the highest level of precision and quality.
Local and Family Owned
From his earliest days of working on locks at the kitchen table as a means to provide for his young family, to today's successful business, Hamm's Locksmith Service has always been a local and family owned small business. We are not a franchise or a large national company. We are your neighbors and fellow citizens.
Full Service Locksmith
Hamm's Locksmith Service is a full-service locksmith.
In addition to providing exemplary residential services, we specialize in commercial locksmithing solutions.
Oscar can provide a complete set of services: from simple entry door repairs, to panic bars, custom exit hardware, decorative finish hardware and even extensive master keying systems.
Hamm's Locksmith's client list includes local government, national restaurant chains, school districts, large multi-state companies, rental properties and numerous home owners. We are proud to serve clients from virtually every industry and of every size.
Law Enforcement Backgound
Oscar has had a lifetime involvement in law enforcement in varying capacities.
His background provides a unique security focus to his locksmith work. Additionally, you know the locksmith coming to your home or place of work has passed rigorous background checks and has dedicated a large portion of his life to public service.
Upon retirement from law enforcement in 2018, Oscar's career was acknowledged by several agencies. He was honored to be appointed a Kentucky Colonel in recognition of his service.
