Oscar received his initial formal locksmith training from the Foley Belsaw Institute in the early 1980s. For over 30 years he has continued to develop his craft with

Oscar has had a lifetime involvement in law enforcement in varying capacities.

His background provides a unique security focus to his locksmith work. Additionally, you know the locksmith coming to your home or place of work has passed rigorous background checks and has dedicated a large portion of his life to public service.

Upon retirement from law enforcement in 2018, Oscar's career was acknowledged by several agencies. He was honored to be appointed a Kentucky Colonel in recognition of his service.
